Carpe Diem will jump forward six months for the final storyline. As you can see by this character sketch of Josh and Trent, a lot can happen in six months.
I think this journal by Redkam should explain things.
Go read it and come back. I’ll wait!
tl;dr: Carpe Diem is not dead. Redkam’s doing work on it. I’ve seen it, and it looks good. However, it’s time to think differently about how to handle it, and we’ll get to that sometime near July.
Carpe Diem is not dead. In fact, I’m probably going to start posting filler until the new pages are ready. We’ll see.
While we’re keeping our little niche on WebcomicsNation.com, we’ve moved all the archives (and added some old comics the creator forgot about!) to our new home at cdcomics.com. Yes, I decided to have a URL again, but this one isn’t quite as long so you people can remember it easier. It’s also powered by ComicPress, and I think it looks gorgeous.
Now all I have to do is get the updates happening again and we’re set.
